Churchview Farm Apartments

Churchview Farm is a special community devoted to affordable elderly housing. The apartment complex is made up of sixteen one-story apartment buildings, comprising 68 one- and two-bedroom units. A 3,000-square-foot community clubhouse includes gathering spaces, staff offices, a computer room, a community laundry area, and a residential kitchen for special events. All units were designed to comply with Energy Star requirements regarding construction of the units and selection of appliances. Site features include raised garden beds, a gazebo, and sidewalks with benches.
