Anna Hair

Architect Intern

An integral member of the ESPA Design Team, Anna is a 2021 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.  Her strong organizational skills, the capacity to absorb new information along with her ability to apply that knowledge has benefited our clients and provided a different perspective to ESPA’s design approach. 

Charles A. Pearce III, AIA, LEED^® AP BD+C

Principal Architect

As a principal with ESPA, Charles is in charge of office operations and project management. His strong organizational skills, ability to think on his feet, and his ability to build consensus in the field are essential to keeping projects on target and on schedule. A graduate of UNC Charlotte, Charles has over thirty-five years in the design and construction industry; his background includes management of successful multi-million dollar projects for municipal, state, and private clients throughout North Carolina. Charles has served for over ten years in the AIA Piedmont section, holding several offices as well as President for five terms. Charles and his wife enjoy time with family, traveling and attending Grasshoppers Baseball in the summer.

Thomas Pearce

After trying his paws at racing, Thomas Pearce joined ESPA’s Public Relations Team in 2018. Always putting his best paw forward, Thomas enjoys walking around High Point and meeting people. He really enjoys getting the back of his ears and his back scratched. In addition to Public Relations, Thomas has developed the art of Quality Control regarding trash can inspection and observing and remembering where the office snacks are stored.
