Renovations
to the 1930’s school include correction of leaking slate shingle roof over
auditorium, group toilet improvements, 15,000 square foot new cafeteria
addition, 3,000 square foot addition to existing cafeteria to be repurposed
into new 12,000 square foot media center, the relocation of the culinary
classroom, ADA upgrades and the addition of new 60-car parking lot. Phasing of the
project has been designed to allow for occupation of the building throughout construction
with critical switchovers during the summer.
